The service contracted by each person will be detailed on the day of the visit and a copy signed by the company and the person contracting the service will be delivered. The document details all those points that you wish to work on, including special requests from the client. A copy of the points of common agreement between the company and the service contractor will be delivered and signed by both parties. Once this is concluded, on the day of the cleaning, each of these points will be reviewed together: cleaner-contractor to verify their compliance. If additional services are required, these will be charged separately and must be paid together with the original rate by cash, transfer, check or zelle.
